On The Farm Classes - "Roving" classes include visits to wonderful local farms, cooking demonstration and meal with wine
On The Farm is a series of culinary events designed to illustrate the connection between farm and table. All On The Farm events include a farm tour, cooking demonstration or hands-on workshop, and complete meal served with local wines. Chefs, chosen because of an affinity with the particular farm, will demonstrate recipes that highlight the farm's specialty, whether it is produce picked at the peak of the season or artisan cheese at the height of flavor. These intimate classes are limited to 26 guests.
Chef's Markets - Monthly hands-on lunch classes offered in conjunction with the Healdsburg Farmers Market
Chef's Markets are monthly hands-on classes that integrate with the charming Saturday Healdsburg Farmers Market. Each class starts with a walking tour of the engaging Healdsburg Farmers Market led by the chef and a short public cooking demo at the market. Guests then walk across the street to the Relish Culinary Center for a hands-on cooking workshop featuring ingredients from the market. You can always count on a Chef's Market class on the second Saturday of each month during the market season June thru November:

Farm-to-Table Wine Dinners at Quivira - Seasonal gourmet dinners made exclusively from ingredients and wine grown on the estate, plus a farm tour and interactive culinary experience
Relish Culinary Adventures is partnering with Quivira Vineyards & Winery to launch a series of seasonal farm-to-table wine-estate dinners at Quivira's beautiful Dry Creek Valley vineyard-farm. These events will let guests experience, in an intimate setting, estate-produced wines paired with food sourced exclusively from the same farm. The result is a truly unique expression of terroir—loosely translated as “a sense of place". Each event will combine interactive education about Quivira's Biodynamic farming practices, relaxed time in the gardens and a luscious, seasonal four-course dinner paired with Quivira wines.

A Relish Culinary Day Trip is a fun way to explore the food and wine of Sonoma County with a small group of friends or family. A Day Trip is a fun addition to a girls' getaway, a week in the wine country or a relaxing day off. You pick the date—any Monday-Thursday
except holidays—and the day will be dedicated to your group. More info
